I don't know, sorry. It seems that a previous report[1] was fixed (not shown SegV at the moment). I tryed qemu-debootstrap for s390x just two times in 1.7.0+dfsg-3 (previous repot) and 2.0.0+dfsg-7 (this report). I will check other versions.
