I have different opinion. First of all, as I said in bug report, I could paste screenshot into different application. And second of all, which I haven't specified more precisely, I did: 1. Start gwenview. 2. Capture its screen (ctrl-prtscr). 3. Close gwenview. 4. Open gimp. 5. Acquire->Paste As new or just New image, then Paste. Both don't work. 6. Start kolourpaint (kde paint). Paste. Works.
