texi2dvi looking for a pdf file. That looks like an incorrect check for
pdfTeX. See scetion 4.6 'pdfetex: the new default TEX engine' of
TETEXDOC (call 'texdoc TETEXDOC' to read it). This check might be in
glade_ug.texi. Or gnat-glade-doc ships an outdated version of
texinfo.tex. Including texinfo.tex is not necessary, since the texinfo
package provides an uptodate version of that file.
