I think you should remove the primaxscan package from Debian. It is not very used. According to popcon it is only used by 15 people. This means that it is actually used by more people but anyway. The package has also been up for adoption for quite some time without anyone taking it over. See #586412. Now it has a release critical bug #736041 open (trivial to fix probably) but I do not want to spend time on fixing it in this package that almost nobody uses. If you do not want the package to be removed.
