Actually it was fine, you were just looking on the wrong branch.
master contains the upstream main releases; the debian revisions are
on the debian branch.  Since there were no code changes required to
support new PostgreSQL versions for some time, there hasn't been any
need to make any new upstream release.  We could require extensions
and drop 9.0 support, but there's no pressing need to do so.

I've uploaded a 1.0.7-4 which will support 9.4 (or in fact any
version since this is now generalised).
