May I ask you why you send it in a trarball? IMHO, gzipping the file is enough if you want to obe sure not having problems with encoding. Anyway, there is again a problem in this file as the encoding is set to "utf-8T" in the PO file. You probably have a misconfiguration of your PO files editor, Matias. Fixed file attached.
