Package: bzip2 Version: 1.0.2-11 Severity: wishlist Currently the only 64-bit libraries still provided by the 'amd64-libs' package on i386 are:
/usr/lib64/libbz2.so.1.0.2 /usr/lib64/libbz2.so.1.0 /usr/lib64/libbz2.so.1 /usr/lib64/libbz2.a /usr/lib64/libbz2.so It Would Be Nice if these were provided by the bzip2 source package instead, now that the appropriate toolchains are available in unstable. Please replace amd64-libs (and amd64-libs-dev) versions << 1.5, and then I can upload a version with a transitional dependency on the new 64-bit bzip libraries. The amd64-libs package was only intended to be a temporary solution for sarge. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.12.3 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages bzip2 depends on: ii libbz2-1.0 1.0.2-11 high-quality block-sorting file co bzip2 recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- Daniel Jacobowitz CodeSourcery, LLC -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
