Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.6.15
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

it would be nice if either one of the following commands would just show
the version of git-buildpackage:

  gbp version
  gbp --version

If neither a new option nor a new subcommand fit into the design, maybe
"gbp --help" could output the version in addition to the current output.
