As I told you in my first reply, yes, as it is the same for RcppArmadillo.
The Armadillo maintainer asked me too, for the same reason, and I explained
and he agreed to keep things they are.

I understand the intent the of the Policy, but I am upstream here. And in
these cases it is not a random small library as part of a larger package. For
RcppArmadillo and RcppEigen the content of the headers is essentially the
package, so I prefer to have them the way I have them packaged.
