Your package build-depends on 'libboost-system1.54-dev | libboost-system-dev' and 'libboost-python1.54-dev | libboost-python-dev' Please make the unversioned build-depends the first in the alternative (or remove the versioned one). Also, if you keep the version, please update to the default version (1.55). The binary package libtorrent-rasterbar-dev has an hardcoded dependency on 'libboost-system1.54-dev | libboost-system-dev'.
