Package: libdvdcss2 Version: 1.3.0-dmo1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
libdvdcss2 1.3.0-dmo1 breaks the libdvdread4 of Debian Testing, that is 5.0.0-1. I ran into this when running mythfrontend and going to Optical Disks -> Read optical disk. This resulted in mythfrontend displaying the following messages and crashing (one could also consider the latter to be a mythfrontend bug): libdvdnav: Using dvdnav version svnR1251 libdvdread: Missing symbols in libdvdcss.so.2, this shouldn't happen ! libdvdread: Using libdvdcss version for DVD access Handling Segmentation fault For reference this is with mythtv-frontend 0.27.3-dmo2. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.14-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libdvdcss2 depends on: ii libc6 2.19-9 ii multiarch-support 2.19-9 libdvdcss2 recommends no packages. libdvdcss2 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
