Package: istanbul
Version: 0.1.1-1
Severity: normal

I have my notification area applet on a panel sitting at the bottom of
my desktop. When you right-click on the istanbul icon, it assumes that
the menu should open downwards from the mouse click position, so the
menu has no space to open.

If I move the notification area to a top panel, it works fine.
