Package: libhe5-hdfeos-dev
Version: 5.1.13.dfsg.1-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

In package libhe5-hdfeos-dev:amd64, the symbolic link /usr/lib/libhe5_hdfeos.so
points to libhe5_hdfeos.so.0.0.0 which does not exist.

Instead it should point to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libhe5_hdfeos.so (or
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libhe5_hdfeos.so in i386 systems).

This targets mainly developers as it does not allow for the compilation of
other software, e.g., ncl-ncarg.

Regards.
