Thanks for the information Darren. This is indeed a problem, the next
network-manager-openconnect will need to be updated to multi-arch so
it installs in the directory that nm expects.

However, this can't be the cause of the problem originally reported
here because network-manager only moved to multi-arch in Debian
version 0.9.8.8-5 [1]. This bug was reported before that version was
available.

I plan on uploading 0.9.10.0-1 in the next day or two, which should
fix the problem you are seeing. Of course if you get that update and
it doesn't, please open a new bug report.
