We already have multiple requests to add links in the news, see #760416 and #756952. Those will be fixed soon. Are you referring instead to the full changelogs that can be downloaded in the "Versioned links" panel ? In any case, Distro Tracker is 100% Python and I don't see us relying on libparse-debianchangelog-perl to generate pretty changelogs. So this wishlist is likely to sit here for a long time.
