I removed it and tried startup 3 times. All startups were successful.
I install laptop-mode-tools back and tried:
1. fail
2. ok
3. ok
4. fail
I removed it again and did a reboot. Startup was successful.
I will leave laptop-mode-tools removed now.
It really looks like there is some problem with it.
