package related to Docbook. ;)

The Appendix B[1] (B.1.1. System Identifiers) of the Docbook Definitive
Guide says you need the "system identifier" if using XML. So you must be
right. However, when using Docbook SGML you didn't need that identifier.

Then, this is not a bug in xml2pot but in my old Docbook template. db2*
processing and validating this template is not a good think, maybe an alert
should be shown.

I think this bug documents that fact and I think now it is up to you to
document this on the man page or on the README file, depending on how
relevant you think this is. Maybe you can wait until another person submits
that bug again.
