Yes, I have a (semi-)automated tools for finding such bugs in the
archive, and for filing them. The source is here:
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/collab-qa/multi-arch
The results used to be published here:
https://people.debian.org/~jwilk/multi-arch/same-md5sums.txt
But my scripts broke with the people.d.o migration to the new machine,
and I haven't found time to find them a new home. So for the moment
results are not publicly available anywhere.
How can I check?
For the packages that are already in the archive, you can use the
aforementioned tools.
For checking packages that are yet to be uploaded, I don't have a good
solution.
