Package: radicale
Version: 0.9-1
Severity: important

While trying to migrate to the new multifilesystem storage backend, I naively
copied all the contacts using icedove. I noticed it was taking too long, so I
checked the server and found that it consumed 100% CPU for more than an hour
to write about 600 records. A quick strace revealed that for every new record,
it was re-creating dozens of unrelated files (probably all of them?).

I have not debugged this issue, but it is clearly a problem. Also, I don't
know if this is also present in the other backends, as I haven't tried doing
such a bulk import.
