Hi, By the list of libgtk-3-0 dependencies in your system, I conclude you're using Sid. Among these packages is libglib2.0-0 2.41.5-2. I think this is the real culprit.
I have a system where GTK+ is still 3.8, but glib2.0 has been updated from 2.40.0-5 to 2.42.0 two days ago. Since then, I've experienced the same bug in several apps. Moreover, some of them are GTK+ 2, some are GTK+ 3. So it's not GTK+.
