Well, I didn't know that the next release would be so soon; and the file ocode.c contains other changes relative to another added functionnality, that's why I simply made a patch for the current Debian package. In my initial mail I started to write something like "Upstream has been fixed, don't forget to remove the patch when you package the next release" but I told myself that maybe you would be angry at me telling you how to do your job, and I deleted the lines...
