Possible workarounds:

* Enable the "Theme Switcher" plugin and enable "Adwaita"
* Remove the "gtk-primary-button-warps-slider" line in
"/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks-Phenix/gtk-3.0/settings.ini"

Might be a GTK+ bug because the volume button also behaves weird in
some cases. I've opened a bug report [0].
