Bug#763886: eog: Could the dependency on gnome-icon-theme be relaxed?

Forgot the images.

As it may be seen in snapshot2.png, eog would be quite ugly as a file
manager without the icons, but one could always use it on the command line:

eog image.png

and it would already be useful as an image viewer.
