Hmm, that's interesting.. As far as I know, Liferea 1.10 and up no longer uses any GTK+ themes, but there are some GTK+ themes that have been remade into GTK3 themes with the same name, which makes for a good bit of confusion. Just out of curiosity, what theme do you have set in ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini?
