Please to consider to rename your library packages to libk3b1 and libk3b-dev (or libk3b1-dev if you prefer this naming scheme). As no other packages currently depend on k3blibs it should be sufficient to add a Conflicts, Replaces : k3blibs for libk3b1 resp. k3blibs-dev for lib3b-dev so that the old packages get deinstalled properly.
