Do I understand this chain correctly to be the new root:
CN=USERTrust RSA Certification Authority
which is currently open for inclusion into Mozilla?
mozilla.org:
Status: ASSIGNED - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=606947
NSS:
Status: NEW - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1062589
PSM:
Status: NEW - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1062600
If this is the case, when Mozilla completes the inclusion process and
Debian imports the new Mozilla CA bundle, they should appear in
ca-certificates.
