This is a mistake on my part since I did not want to duplicate the sound files in the lgeneral-data package. For saving some disk space for users I used symlinks instead. Without lgc-pg those symlinks point to non-existent files and lgeneral will segfault. Thus the dependency of lgc-pg has to be changed from Recommends to Depends.
