You must put it in d/copyright or remove this license. So, your manpage will be GPL-3+. 4. d/rules: do you have a bargage from old 'override_dh_installman'. Please, remove the 'dh_installman: debian/cligh.1' line. 5. d/watch: this file doesn't work. Please, fix this. Thanks for your work.
