To be honest, I'm not quite sure what the according cmake code in ITK-SNAP tries to achieve - it looks up the location of the plug-ins and then this location is used as install target to install the plugins again? As I pointed out before, the project compiles and links fine without these - see the last snip of the patch I sent before. Best Gert
