Thanks for reporting this bug. It would really help us, if you could
contribute some more information about this. To get started, some questions:
1. Which output device ("-d" option) are you using with ogg123? Does the
stuttering happen with all of them? Even if you're not using Pulseaudio
directly, audio is very likely routed through it.
2. Does the stuttering happen with other programs that use the same
device (ALSA, Pulseaudio, OSS,...)?
3. Do you observe high CPU load of any application (e.g. ogg123,
pulseaudio) during the playback?
4. Is the stuttering specific to any files or does it happen with all of
them (maybe depending on their sampling rate etc.)?
