I downgraded the bug because previous builds were not fine in fact.
Are you sure these failed build prevent migration ? They was never
in testing.
That said, previous successful builds were "successful" only
because the result of the testsuite was ignored. I wanted to see
the symbol list even when the testsuite was failing. So, no
degradation here.
