The following python-djvulibre tests fail with Cython (>= 0.2.1):
FAIL: test_sexpr.test_expression_parser.test_bad_io
FAIL: test_sexpr.test_expression_writer.test_bad_io
FAIL: test_sexpr.test_expression_writer_nonascii.test_bad_io
But the package does not FTBFS, and I noticed the failures only by sheer
chance. I'd like the test failures to be fatal, so that the breakage can
be easily discovered.
Fix for the aforementioned test failures is available in the upstream
