I have tried to upgrade from a fresh wheezy install and I have no problem. I am worried about the number of instances of iceweasel, xulrunner and zotero you are running under the same account. Since I cannot reproduce I have changed the severity to important. Could you please provide more info? If not possible I will close the bug in a month or so.
