Dear Maintainer,
Icedove has always had the habit to lose the IMAP folder
list once in a while. After the last update it loses it on every
2-3 startups. The result is that "offline" params are also lost
and it goes and tries to cache all folders for offline use.
This makes it extremely annoying when using on internal network
and outright unusable when using it as a road warrior on a laptop.
