I got the following error when I tried to split audiophile-quality 24bit-96kHz
FLAC file:

    error: m:ss.ff format can only be used with CD-quality files

After commenting lines 348 and 349 in "src/core_mode.c" as follows:

    //  if (PROB_NOT_CD(info))
    //    st_error("m:ss.ff format can only be used with CD-quality files");

splitting proceed successfully (and produced valid files) until it stopped
with the following error:

    shnsplit: warning: error while transferring -2380733632 bytes of data
    shnsplit: error: failed to split file

Input file size is 1.3 GiB.

Version 3.0.10 is affected.

However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the
results.
