I see... I believe it must be an unfortunate damage done by transition to WX-3.0 (#749834). The following is contents of the file "~/.wxlauncher/global.ini" on my system: ~~~~ [main] lastprofile=Default autosaveprofiles=1 [net] downloadnews=0 ~~~~ It seems to work OK with the "global.ini" populated as above. Yes you can: Under "Basic Settings" tab choose "Game root folder" where launcher will scan for game executables.
