Wouldn't it more be in keeping with tradition for qmenu.cfg to be a hidden (dot) file. ~/.qmenu.cfg or (better?) .qmenurc? It would also be quite nice if a qmenurc could be accessed in a ~/qmenu/, which could have .mnu files in it too.
