This part is from debian/vim/nginx.yaml installed in
/usr/share/vim/registry which is just a registry.
The files paths are relatives to /usr/share/vim/addons where
contrib/vim/* files from the upstream sources are installed:
see the following in: debian/nginx-common.install
+contrib/vim/* usr/share/vim/addons
