After doing the following, my problems were resolved.
1. Removing the ~/.gconf/apps/evolution directory. 2. Purging Evolution, and evolution-exchange 3. Removing any ~/evolution or ~/.evolution directories 4. Reinstall evolution and evolution exchange.
After reconfiguring all of my exchange settings, I was able to log in and start up evolution without experiencing a crash.
