Thank you for the contribution! It sounds like a good idea to me. I've
given your patch a try and, for what I can see, it works great. It seems
to implement the "cat" action properly, while not disturbing the "view"
action (thanks to the low priority). However, as I don't know much about
MIME-type support, there may be flaws that I don't see. So for now I've
uploaded the change only to the separate branch "mime" in our git
repository. If nobody raises any concerns, I will integrate this into
the "master" branch, so it can be uploaded to the archive eventually.
