Firstly, none of the files in that package which trigger the license-problem tags are the blank example that you claimed was causing the trouble. More specifically, each of the files does contain: <cc:license rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/" /> </cc:Work> <cc:License rdf:about="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/"> If that information is incorrect, and the files are not covered by those licenses, then upstream could fix the metadata. A very quick search finds https://wiki.creativecommons.org/Inkscape , which indicates that the license is easily selectable.
