Those were removed as patches and _not_ present in any uploaded versions. I should have removed them from d/p/series but mind tricked me and left them in commented out. Please ignore these two lines of leftovers. The package uses dh-python from the beginning, but it was not explicitly listed as build-dependency. It was pulled in indirectly by something else. To prevent future FTBFS problems (when the other build-dependency will stop depending on it) I've added it implicitly.
