Hi Ok now I found a machine where I could reproduce it. Well it seems that the qa-assistant cannot create a new checklist and then it searchs after an existing review. Hmm but this problem only exist on some machines, not on all where I tested it. Maybe it is a missing dependency. (sorry i am currently on a linux day in Stralsund, north germany, but I will look at it again when I am back at home). Please feel free to test it a little bit, maybe you find the missing dependency. Nevertheless I can also write a mail to upstream and ask him. Thanks a lot for your report and additional information.
