You added tests/bashisms and tools/t-bashisms in 1.1-3, but didn't mention them in the changelog. Could you explain this (and remove the moreinfo tag from this bug once you do). Also, you should consider switching to a packaging helper (like debhelper) to avoid these kinds of issues. But that's obviously something for stretch.
