Sometimes, randomly, only when "ui" is set to "Blinkenlights", the
offlineimap crashes rigth at start with:

AttributeError: CursesUtil instance has no attribute 'stdscr'
No debug messages were logged for InputHandler loop.
when running it again, it starts and completes without any problems.
Bug appears sporadically but consistently, in about 5% of the runs.
I'm using multiple threads in offlineimap, if it may be related.
