What is *NOT* ok is some "random" deb coming out of some "randmom" build
sycript instead of a proper source package with debian/rules, .changes etc.

And even then you'd need a "sponor" to upload it since you don't have
the rights to do that. But that can be done.

You can ook how the othe seperately packages dictionaries do it.
