NetworkManager can cause lot of interference with aircrack-ng.
I recommend you to find a way to kill it. And then retry the tests.
If you are using systemd as init (the Default in Jessie), look at how to
stop services with it.

Also, try with airmon-zc (instead of airmon-ng) after a fresh reboot and
after killing network manager.

Try removing it with this:

sudo rmmod wl

To add it back:

sudo modprobe wl


(No need to reboot, this adds or removes the driver only temporally)
