NetworkManager can cause lot of interference with aircrack-ng. I recommend you to find a way to kill it. And then retry the tests. If you are using systemd as init (the Default in Jessie), look at how to stop services with it. Also, try with airmon-zc (instead of airmon-ng) after a fresh reboot and after killing network manager. > *4) proprietary driver* > Yes it is a proprietary driver.
