On notebook HP NC6120 it cannot detect unplugged AC adapter.

ACPI state of AC adapter on this notebook can be found here:
/proc/acpi/ac_adapter/C172/state

this is fixed in ubuntu, and bug is filed with upstream battery-plugin.
