with the recent change of the package description [1], the first line got lost. The description currently (0.6.7-1) starts with «of hash digests of arbitrary R objects (using the md5, sha-1, sha-256, crc32, xxhash and murmurhash [...]» The first line («This package implements a function 'digest()' for the creation») is currently missing.
