Note the error "Permission denied". I think this is somehow related to your environment. > StdHash.pm is not a file that exists in ANY package in debian > according to apt-file. The Tie::StdHash package is defined in /usr/share/perl/5.20.1/Tie/Hash.pm, which is part of the 'perl-base' package.
